My friend has suggested that I add beta glucogan or beta glucocan ( SP ?) to help build/keep immunity?
I looked at this in a health store and it’s kinda expensive.
Is this a good choice ? Is there something better ? I thought vitamin C (ascorbic acid) was the best ?
Thanks.

I will not use any products that aren’t natural such as proactive or acne-free.
I would like to stop the problem at the source..
Rather then cake all them harsh chemicals on my face to subdue it..
I would like to cure it all-together.
Any suggestions?

So I am now 11 days late (my period is like CLOCKWORK plus or minus one day for years), I’m having strange, vivid dreams at least once a night, craving hot dogs like they’re the last food on earth, and food so spicy that unless it makes me sweat, I’m not satisfied. I’m also exhausted constantly. BF and I also had a condom mishap last month, but we don’t remember the exact date. I’ve taken three tests, all say negative. Could my diet (high protien, low carb, been doing this for about a year) or vitamin supplements be affecting the results of the test? Could there be a problem with my possible pregnancy if my body isn’t producing enough hormone to trigger the second line on the stick? I just want to have something to work with when/if I do end up going to the dr. for this. THANKS!!

I was reading about the Stillman diet (the article about it is below). I’m 16/f but I need to lose weight for some surgeries. I was on steroids for asthma so that’s what put my weight on (all in all I’m not a big eater and I can’t stand the taste of fast/junk food). I’ve tried dieting. I lost abotu 60 pounds a few years ago and I’ve tried again now but it’s not working. I can’t really exercise because I have arthritus from a car wreck (which is why I’m going for surgery). I don’t like taking pain pills. Anyway, has anyone ever lost any weight on the Stillman diet or tried it? Please help. Thanks.
“The basic Stillman high-protein diet prescribes unlimited amounts of lean meat, poultry, and sea food, plus eggs and low-fat cheese, preferably consumed in small meals six times a day. No bread, vegetables, fruit, alcohol, or sugar are allowed. You must drink eight glasses of water a day, in order to wash away the ketones, or “ashes left in the furnace,” and you can drink as much coffee, tea, and diet soda as you want. Vitamin supplements are required.”
