A Slim Fast shake for breakfast and only fruit and veggies the rest of the day. Chicken Broth for dinner and 45 min everyday on tredmill…I will also take vitamin supplements for those who think I’m not getting enough nutrients. My goal is to lose 100 pnds in the next 7 months….

Im deficient in a few essential vitamins/minerals – i.e. b12 , magnesium.
Im now taking supplements as recommended by my doctor and have for 1 week. I feel slightly better but wondering how long it will take for me to return to normal or atleast feel ALOT better….few weeks, few months…..a year…

i’m studying for exams right now and i’m trying to make sure i get all the nutrients i need. i usually take cod liver oil supplements because they have omega-3 which is great for ur brain! so should i take it in the morning before i start studying or in the night before bed?
