Im going to be attending police academy in the next month and need to be able to run. i take a multi vitamin and drink alot of water during the day. is there any other supplements that help with running energy and endurance? theres so many products at gnc and m confused, plus they try to sell you everything in the store so i dont know what to use? i just need something to help with my runs. any help is greatly appreciated.

I take B50 for energy but that’s bc at times my blood levels are low.
I think just a good OTC vitamin should work. Eat healthy and hydrate often as well as good sleeps!
