If you are on Statin drugs (For cholesterol control) you should be taking a Vitamin B6, B12 and Folic acid supplement plus a coQ10 supplement. Omega3 would also be nice.

My diet is currently limited to chicken,turkey,white jasmine rice,vegetables and berries.
I have extreme food allergies,and currently don’t take vitamin supplements,I do tend to be a meal skipper and some days I have just one main meal a day.
breakfast
(usually skipped)
(cream of rice)
blue berries,
rice milk
lunch:
mixed green salad
rice
chicken
dinner:
potato
mixed veggies
sometimes turkey
