I am currently taking cipramil (antidepressants), and some other natural medicines (just things from health food store, one is a practitioner only one, the others just supplements for nutrients or something). I also take panadols frequently because I get really bad headaches.
Will this cause any problems?

It would depend on if there are hormones as one of the ingredients in the multi-vitamen or mineral product.
However, I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
